1.2 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. BD 631565 issued by Nam Dinh City People’s Committee, on 27 Oct 2010 for  Mr. Phuong Trieu Ngoc and Mrs Man Do Thi.

1.3 Certificate of land use rights, the ownership of residential houses or assets attached to land No. AE 022267 issued by Nam Dinh City People’s Committee, on 13 Apr 2006 for Mrs Man Do Thi.

2. The starting price of the auction of assets:
Assets 1 : 1,268,000,000 VND

Assets 2 : 2,650,000 VND

Assets 3 : 613,000,000 VND

Starting price does not include VAT and costs related to the transfer process. All costs related to the transfer of land use rights, transfer of ownership of assets, such as taxes, fees and charges, .... (if any) by the Buyer are responsible for paying.
3. Time and place of the auction:
- Time to submit registration dossiers for auction participation: From 20 th Nov 2019 to 26 th Nov 2019  (during working hours)
