Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV HCMC) hereby announces the selection of property auction organizations as follows:

1. Assets Information (Demand for auction):

• - Name, quantity and quality of auctioned assets: 315 items of machinery and equipment (Details of the auction assets shall be provided under the Appendix 1 attached hereof.).
• - Address of auctioned assets: Dong Xuyen Industrial Park - Rach Dua Ward - Vung Tau City - Ba Ria, Vung Tau Province - Viet Nam and No 990 Quarter 3 - Thanh My Loi Ward - District 2 - Ho Chi Minh City - Viet Nam.
• - Starting price: 118,704,000,000 VND (in words: One hundred eighteen billion seven hundred and four million Vietnam dong). This price includes auction fees.
• - The auction can be conducted simultaneously or separately for each asset depending on demand of the buyer.

2. Application Deadline:

Deadline of direct application is 07 days from the date of announcement (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, and BIDV HCMC must receives within 10 days from the date of announcement)

4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.

Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV HCMC will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV HCMC will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
