BIDV - Ha Thanh Branch would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: Land use right and assets attached to land

- Description:

+ Land use right: Right to use remaining area of the land plot at Linh Nam commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city (now Linh Nam ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city) according to the land use right certificate No. W 881293, land use right certificate register No. 00516.QSDĐ/1591-H by the People's Committee of Thanh Tri district on 3 November 2003, registering for land use right transfer to Mr. Le Tuan Nghia and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung at Hanoi Land Registration Office of Hoang Mai District Branch on 23 October 2015.

+ Assets attached to land: Land use right certificate does not show any assets attached to land. Field inspection shows a 2-storey 1-attic permanent building.

- Asset location: Land lot No. 78, Map No. 02, Linh Nam Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City

- Quantity: 01

- Quality: According to actual condition of the asset at auction time.

- Asset legal document: Land use right certificate No. W 881293, land use right certificate register No. 00516.QSDĐ/1591-H by the People's Committee of Thanh Tri district on 3 November 2003, registering for land use right transfer to Mr. Le Tuan Nghia and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung at Hanoi Land Registration Office of Hoang Mai District Branch on 23 October 2015.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Thanh no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

+ Have asset auction license.

+ Have operated for at least 3 years.

+ Have at least 3 auctioneers.

+ Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

Note:

- Notice on selection automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Thanh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
