Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – East Hanoi Branch (BIDV East Hanoi Branch) announces the selection of asset valuation company.

 + This certificate was reissued from the Certificate of  ownership of house and land use right No. 10111175764 issued by Hanoi People's Committee on July 1, 2002; by receiving the transfer under the house ownership and land use right transfer contract, notarization no. 2108/2018 / HDCN dated August 3, 2018, made at Thanh Do Notary Office, Hanoi City.

2. Time of file receipt:

Term for direct file submission is 7 days from the date of notification (file sent by post is charged by postmark, provided that BIDV Dong Hanoi must be received file within 9 days from the date of notification).

- The selected enterprise must be in the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for valuation activities made by the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise is not subject to the case of not eligible for valuation activities in accordance with regulations of Law on prices and guiding documents.

- Other criteria as requested by the Branch.

5. Registration file includes:

- Company’s legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Price offer letter, other commitments of valuation organization (if any).

- Other documents as requested by the Branch.

* Note:

- The Notice on selection shall be automatically expired in case the valuation organization is not allowed to implement valuation activities in accordance with legal regulations.

- BIDV Dong Hanoi will send a written notice on results to the selected valuation enterprise, the units not informed of the results are interpreted as not selected, BIDV Dong Hanoi will not return files to the unselected unit.
