BIDV Dong Do Branch announces the selection of real-estate auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Dong Do Branch (BIDV Dong Do) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information: Apartment 802-CT-20C, Viet Hung EIA, Giang Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City Area 102.6m2, 8th floor/12-storey apartment building according to Certificate on use right of land and use right of house and other assets attached to land No. BI 212504, land use right register No. 1512 issued by People's Committee of Long Bien district on 10 January 2012 under the ownership of Ms. Dao Thi Ngan and Mr. Dang Thanh Lam

- Reserve price: VND1,510,000,000 (In words: One billion five hundred and ten million dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Dong Do no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
