1. The asset information: Collateral is all the right of owning Land and involving assets according to Land Ownership Certificate No. AB 628296, Book No. 002271410/2005/QĐ-UB, MS: 1012333 given to Mr. Yet Dinh Nguyen and Mrs. Linh Thi Nguyen by People’s Committees in Thanh Tri District – Hanoi in September 9th 2005 that shown in Ownership Contract No. 00548 testified by Ngon Lua Viet Notary Office

Address of the asset: Tuu Liet Village – Tam Hiep Commune – Thanh Tri District – Hanoi

2. Deadline for application submission:

The application forms sent directly have to be sent for at least 05 days, from the announcement date (the application forms sent indirectly by post have to be sent at least 07 days from the announcement date and the day BIDV Chuong Duong received depend on the post sign date.)

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

* Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Chuong Duong will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Chuong Duong will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
