BIDV Bac Kan announces the selection of auction organization of An Binh company's assets

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Bac Kan Branch (BIDV Bac Kan) hereby announces the selection of auction organization of An Binh company's assets.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Bac Kan Branch (BIDV Bac Kan) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Name of assets: 12 certificates of land use rights in Nam Doi Than village, Nong Thuong commune, Bac Kan city, Bac Kan province.

 - Land use right certificates No.: BC 219987; BC 219988 issued on 2 December 2010;  LURCs No.: BC 067451; BC 067443; BC 067450; BC067449;BC 067448; BC 067447; BC 067446; BC 067445 issued on 1 December 2011; LURCs No.: BI426183; BI426184 issued on 16 January 2012.

  - Location of land: Nam Doi Than village, Nong Thuong commune, Bac Kan city, Bac Kan province.

  - Land area: Total land area is 136,939m2 including 4,265m2 of rural residential land; 5,811m2 of land for perennial crops; 6,620m2 of aquaculture land; 120,243m2 of regenerated forest land.

- Construction works on land:

+ One-storey level-4 house, construction area of 120m2, put into use since 2008.

+ Pond No. 1:

             Foundation + stone retaining wall: 30m3.

             Foundation + brick retaining wall: 93.3m3.

+ Pond No. 2:

           Foundation + stone retaining wall: 37.5m3.

           Foundation + brick retaining wall: 61.9m3.

+ Plants:  Dien grapefruit tree. Planted for 3 years and started to have fruits. Diameter ≥ 7cm; number of trees: 350.

+ Mango tree. Planted for 5 years and started to have fruits. Diameter 9 - 15cm; number of trees: 30.

+ Acacia: planted for 1 year, 5ha in area, density of 1,660 trees/ha; number of trees:: 8,300.

 + Reserve price: VND10,636,000,000 (In words: Ten billion six hundred and thirty six million dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

         The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Kan no later than 09 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by the Branch.

5. Application:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

• Note:
• Notice on selection automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

BIDV Bac Kan shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected.
