- Land use right according to Certificate No. AD 488368 issued by An Giang Province Department of Environment and Natural Resources on 15 February 2007, Area: 10.387,8 m2

- Warehouse attached to land according to Certificate No. 898833030110006 issued by An Giang Province People’s Committee on 17 August 2007; Areas: 5.930,9 m2

- Warehouse attached to land according to Certificate No. 898833030110008 issued by An Giang Province People’s Committee on 28 August 2007; Areas: 2.014,85 m2

- Machines, equipment, production lines for processing export rice

Staring price: VND 30,027,103,000

2. Time for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Vinh Long within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

• - Have asset auction license.
• - Have operated for at least 3 years.
• - Have at least 3 auctioneers.
• - Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

• - Enterprise legal document.
• - Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
• - Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Vinh Long shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
