Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Truong Son Branch (BIDV Truong Son) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information about assets:

1.1 Name of property: Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties attached to land according to Certificate No. CH00238 issued by People’s Committee of Hoc Mon District on 29 March 2013.

1.2 Description of property:

a) Land lot:

• - Address: Tan Hiep Village, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City;
• - Area: 250.4 m2 (In words: Two hundred and fifty point four square meters);
• - Form of use: Private use: 250.4 m2; Public use: None
• - Purpose of use: Rural residential land.
• - Time of use: Permanent;
• - Origin of use: Agreed from the transfer;

b) Asset attached to land:

• - Address: No. 11/4E Thoi Tay 1 hamlet, Tan Hiep Commune, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City;
• - House construction area: 110,2 m2. Floor area: 110,2 m2         

1.3 Address: No. 11/4E Thoi Tay 1 hamlet, Tan Hiep Commune, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City;

1.4 Reserve price: VND 5,360,000,000 (In words: Five billion three hundred and sixty million Vietnamese Dong).

2. Time of application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Truong Son within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

• Have asset auction license.
• Have operated for at least 3 years.
• Have at least 3 auctioneers.
• Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

• Enterprise legal document.
• Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
• Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Truong Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
