Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV HCMC) would like to announce the auction of assets with the following details:

1. Information of assets: Machinery and equipment located in Binh Duong Packaging Factory of Vegetable Oil Packaging Joint Stock Company (VPK) in the expanded Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province.

2. Description of assests: Used machinery and equipment (specialized in carton paper packaging) which are owned by VPK and mortgaged at BIDV HCMC.

3. Reserve price: VND 90,436,450,000 (In words: Ninety billion, four hundred and thirty six million, four hundred and fifty thousand Vietnamese Dong), excluding value added tax (VAT) and other fees and expenses incurred with the purchase of properties above (if any).

4. Deposit: 10% of the reserve price, deposited into Nam Giang Auction Joint Stock Company account.

5. Purchase price of auction documents: VND500,000/1 set

6. Auction form and auction method: verbal directly according to the method of bid up.

7. Time for registration and reviewing property:

- Individuals and organizations not included in the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Property Auction Law who want to see the documents and apply the registration documents in office hours from 8 April 2019 to 23 April 2019, at Nam Giang Auction Joint Stock Company or at BIDV HCMC.

- Deposit should be placed during working hours on 23 , 24 and 25 April 2019 (excepting the case of Nam Giang Auction Joint Stock Company and auction participants having other agreements) to Nam Giang Auction Joint Stock Company account.

- Properties will be available to be reviewed during office hours on 22 April 2019 and 23 April 2019 at Binh Duong Packaging Factory of VPK in the expanded Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong province.

- Auction time: At 14:45 on 26 April 2019.

- Auction venue: 21 Phan Ke Binh, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

9. Deadline for payment of property: The auction winner is responsible for paying the full amount of money to buy the property (minus 10% of the deposit after winning the auction and converting it into a deposit that the auction winner has paid) directly to the Account of BIDV HCMC within 10 (ten) days from the auction date.
