The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam would like to announce the selection of asset valuation organization as follows:

1. Property information:

- Lead zinc electrolytic plant (capacity of 25,000 tons of zinc, 6,000 - 10,000 tons of lead, 45,000 tons of sulfuric acid/year) including all construction works, machinery and equipment of the plant in Ngoc Phai commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province.

- Land-use right at 381 Giai Phong, Phuong Liet, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi (land area: 176.3 m2).

- Bo Lieu mining expoitation right (Exploitation area: 102.5ha, exploited reserves: 80,000 tons of lead zinc ore).

- Lexus LS460 brand car produced in 2007.

2. Application deadline: In May, 2019.

3. Requirements: Package quote, detailed quote and specify payment methods and costs: VAT, travel, promotions (if any).

- Asset valuation organizations submit the document and capacity via email or directly to Dept Workout Loan Center - BIDV at Tower A – Vincom Building, No. 191 Ba Trieu street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
