BIDV announces the selection of assets auction organizations as follow:

1. Information of assets for auction:

- Auctioned property seller: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam., JSC (BIDV). Address: 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

- Auction property: Real estate at land plot No. 329, map sheet No. 6G-II-22, at address 62 alley 5, alley 85, Nguyen Luong Bang, Nam Dong ward, Dong Da district, city Hanoi, an area of ​​49.5 m2 granted to Mr. Tran The Hung and Ms. Tran Thi Minh Phuong, according to the Mortgage Contract No. 1845, book No. 01/TP/CC-SCC/HDTC dated 22/12/2016.

- Auction starting price: 3,535,400,000 VND.

2. Deadline: The deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date the notice is posted on the website of BIDV and the Ministry of Justice (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them. within 10 days of notification).

4. Criteria for selection of auction organization:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Application documents include:

+ Corporate legal documents.

+ A written description of capacity and experience.

+ Price quotation.

+ Other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- Application documents are automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
