Reserve price of the auctioned property: 4.287.000.000 Vietnam Dongs (In word: Four billion two hundred eighty-seven million Vietnam Dongs). The winning bidder has a duty to pay Registration fee, Value-Added Tax, and other fees, if any, arising from procedure of transfer of ownership rights with the auctioned property. Tax rate is according to the decision of Government.

2. Property’s legal status:

The property has been being mortgaged to secure for the performance of obligations of Nam Viet Glove Joint-stock Company to repay loans to BIDV.

Actual State of the auctioned property: The auctioned property is being directly administered and used by the owner. After winning, the winning bidder has to contact the owner of the mortgaged property to proceed the handover of the auction property. Auctioned property sellers: BIDV and Property Auction Organizations: Sen Viet Auction Partnership company have no duty on handing over the auctioned property.
