1. Auctioned asset:

 Land-use right under the land plot No 426, Map Folio No 1 is located Ward 5, Tan An City, Long An Province according to the Certificate of Land-use right, House ownership and other land-based assets No. CC662595, Certificate Registration No. CS03241 issued by Long An Province Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 12 January 2016, update the transfer to Mr. Ho Dinh Thich in 2017, specifically as follows:

• Propose of use: Land in urban areas.

• Origin of use: Receiving land transfer with land use rights recognized by the State as the State allocates land with land use levy payment.

2. The auctioned assets belonged to: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development - Binh Dien Sai Gon Branch.

3. Auction institution: Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company

4. Fall-back price: VND 15.800.000.000 (In words: Fifteen billion, eight hundred million dong). This price is excluding VAT (if any).

This price does not include costs for transfer of ownership/ use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) from buying assets, these costs are paid by the auction winner.  

5. Deposit amount: VND 1.580.000.000 (In words: One billion, five hundred and eighty million dong) equivalent to 10% of the fall-back price.

- Conditions for registering to participate in the auction: Individuals and organizations that have the need and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction no. 01/2016/QH14 dated November 17, 2016.
