- Description of property: Vessel HOANG HIEP 02 according to the Ship Registration Certificate No. ND - 95757 - TS issued by Nam Dinh Fisheries Sub-Department on November 6, 2017 to Mr. Nguyen Van Thong, hull size Lmax - Bmax-D(m): 29.50m x 7.4m x 3.10m, 02 main engines of Yanmar brand with a capacity of 650+405 CV and attached fishing gear.

- Starting price: 2,500,000,000 VND

(in words: Two billion five hundred million dong)

2. Time to receive documents:

The time limit for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark provided that BIDV Thanh Nam must receive it within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Criteria for selection of auction organization:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

4. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The notice of selection automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Thanh Nam will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered as not selected, BIDV Thanh Nam will not return the documents to those units not selected.
