Priority is given to customers purchasing the above 7 packages. The auction only opens for assets that are registered.
In all cases, machinery and equipment systems in Zone B (Assets 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7) is more selling-preferable than land-attached assets in Zone B (Assets 4.2).
The starting price does not include VAT and other costs associated with the transfer process. All costs relate to the process of transferring land use rights, ownership of assets such as taxes, fees and charges, etc. (if any) is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
