Priority is given to customers who purchase the above 7 packages. In case there is no customer to buy the package, customers register to buy the property to organize the auction of that property.
In all cases, it is always preferable to sell assets, which are machinery and equipment systems in Zone B (Assets 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7) before selling land-attached assets in Zone B (Assets 4.2). .
The starting price does not include VAT and other costs associated with the transfer process. The purchaser is responsible for all costs relate to the process of transferring land use rights, ownership of assets such as taxes, fees and charges, etc. (if any).
