Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to announce the auction of assets of Thuy Dat Joint Stock Company as follows:

1. Information of assets:

- Asset 4.1: Assets attached to land in Zone A according to Certificate of land , ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land No. BP 708 486, number of book CT01725 Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued on 25 May 2015. Total land area: 11,109 m2.

- Asset 4.6: Cotton machines

- Asset 4.7: Other machines and equipment sold individually: Various sewing machines (60 pieces removed), Spinning machine ZXD128B, Spinning machine ZXD 128B (02 pieces), Bean spinning machine ZXB 63 , WMH 974-2400mm Vibrating dryer, WMD 450kg pressure dyeing machine, WMD 300kg pressure dyeing machine, WMD 150kg pressure dyeing machine, Dye remover machine (05 pieces), Towel dryer.

2. Starting price:
- Asset 4.1: VND31,565,000,000
- Asset 4.6: VND1,789,000,000
- Asset 4.7: VND 1,798,000,000 each.

Principles of sale:

- Purchasers of all 3 assets take first priority. In case of no application for all assets, the assets registered shall be auctioned.
- Asset 4.7: In case of no application for the whole package, the assets registered shall be auctioned.

The above price does not include the costs associated with the transfer of ownership/use of property, registration fees and other costs (personal income tax, fees, notary fees ...) When buying assets, these costs are borne by the auction winners.

3. Organizations and individuals participating in auctions follow the criteria:

- Satisfying the conditions specified in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 189 of the 2013 Land Law.

- The successful bidder complies with the current provisions of the Investment Law: Organizations and individuals participating in auctions must be considered by the competent State agency before conducting the auction.

- Participants in the auction must ensure the conditions prescribed by the Auction Law, such as: People without civil act capacity, people who have lost or restricted civil act capacity, ... are not allowed to register to participate in the auction (as defined in Article 38 of the Law on auction).
