Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to announce the auction of assets of Thuy Dat Joint Stock Company as follows:

1. Information of assets:

- Autoclave - Quantity: 1; Film camera - Quantity: 1; Towel trolley - Quantity: 40; Drying system - Quantity: 1;

- Purpose of the auction: For selling collateral Thuy Dat Textile Garment Import-Export Joint Stock Company at BIDV Thanh Nam to recover their loan.

2. Starting price of the auctioned property:

Expected starting price: VND 8,022 million (based on the total outstanding as of 11 February 2020)

3. Time for submission:

5. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Necessary facilities an equipment: An auction room and information system for auction are available.

- Auction plan: There is a description of the feasible, effective and suitable auction plan as required by BIDV

- Remuneration for auction service, appropriate property auction costs: According to the provisions of Circular No. 45/2017 / TT-BTC dated 12 May 2017 of the Ministry of Finance and as agreed between the parties.

- Other criteria as required by the Branch

6. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thanh Nam shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization
