1. Property information:

- Autoclave - Quantity: 1; Film camera - Quantity: 1; Towel trolley - Quantity: 40; Drying system - Quantity: 1;

- Address of property: At Hoa Xa Industrial Park, TP. Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh province

- Purpose: To evaluate the value of the collateral of Thuy Dat Textile Garment Import-Export Joint Stock Company at BIDV Thanh Nam to determine the starting price of the auctioned property.

2. Time for submission:

Deadline for submission of dossiers is 05 days from the date of notification (dossiers sent by post are calculated by postmark provided that BIDV Thanh Nam must receive within 7 days from the date of notice).

3. Location of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of price appraising enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise does not fall into the case of not being appraised in accordance with the Law on Prices and the documents guiding the implementation.

- Selected valuation companies must be on the list of Independent Valuation Companies prioritizing selection of collateral at BIDV.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of valuation enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thanh Nam shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization
