7. Conditions for participation registration:

- Individuals and organizations with financial need and ability can participate in registration, except for the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH4 dated November 17th/ 2016.

- The asset purchaser (the person registering to participate in the auction) and the debtor are not "related persons" as prescribed by law.
