1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: Land use rights of Toan Dien Industrial Cooperatives according to the Certificate of land use rights No. X 284600 issued by People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province on 16 April 2003.

- Description:

+ Land lot No.165; Map number: 6

+ Address: Tan Thanh Commune, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.

+ Land area: 500 m2

+ Purpose of use: Manufacturing business

+ Term of use: 30 years, from 2003.

- Reserve price: VND700,000,000 (In words: Seven hundred million Vietnamese dong./.).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thai Nguyen no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
