The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch (BIDV Thai Nguyen) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: The land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land according to Certificate No. AD630449 dated 28 June 2006, issued by People’s Committee of Dong Hy District for Mr Vu Dang Uy.                                                   

- Description: The land lot is located at a secondary road of 1B National highway connecting with 269 Highway (beside Chua Hang market and roundabout with small landscaping). The asset is located at the 2.5 meter width road leading to Airport No.100, which belongs to Chua Hang Town, Dong Hy District, Thai Nguyen Province. 

- Reserve price: VND606,000,000 (In words: Six hundred and six million Vietnamese dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thai Nguyen no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
