Area: 351,1 m2 (In words: Three hundred and fifty one point one square meters).

Purpose of use: residential land: 351,1 m2.

Shelf life: Long term.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Song Han no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Appraisal Organization is not selected accordance with the law.

- BIDV Song Han will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced as unselected, BIDV Song Han will not return the documents to the unselected
