Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Son La Branch (BIDV Son La) announces the selection of an asset valuation enterprise as follows:

1. Property information:

Property name: 01 Land use right according to the Land Use Right Certificate No. AG 428609 issued by the People's Committee of Son La Town on July 3, 2008 to Mr. Tran Van Kha, changed to Mr. Tran Van Duc on August 8 May 2009, specifically as follows:

- Address of the land plot: Group 9, Quyet Tam ward, Son La town, Son La province (now group 9 Quyet Tam ward, Son La city, Son La province).

- Area: 54.0m2 (in words: Fifty-four points, not square meters)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The time limit for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Son La must be received within 10 days from the date of notification). .

4. Selection Criteria:

The selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

The selected price appraisal enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

Other criteria as prescribed by BIDV Son La

5. A registration dossier includes:

Corporate legal documents.

Description of qualifications and experience.

Quotation letter, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).

Note:

The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised according to the provisions of law.

BIDV Son La will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise, those who are not notified of the results will be considered as not selected, BIDV Son La will not return the application to the units not selected.
