- All debt of Tin Hoa Co. Ltd. (Address: 147-149-151, Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 3, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province) at BIDV Soc Trang Branch.

- Collateral: Land use rights according to Certificate No.: BE 299968; Reg. No.: CH01419 issued on 07 November 2011, Land Piece No. 39; Map No. 46; Area: 438 m2; Building land:110 m2, perennial land: 328 m2; and housing: Building rea: 109.4 m2, using area: 350.8 m2; location is at Cluster 1, Ward 2, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Soc Trang no later than 09 days from the date of notification).
