Regarding the selection of organizations to appraise the debt and asset of Phung Hoang Rice Joint Stock Company second time

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) So Giao Dich 2 Branch announces the selection of price appraisal as follows:

1. Information of debt:

• The party who owns the debt:  Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – So Giao Dich 2 Branch (BIDV - SGD2). Address: 04 – 06 Vo Van Kiet Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Appraisal debt of Phung Hoang Rice Joint Stock Company at BIDV SGD2 with total outstanding as of 03/03/2022 is VND 1.178.938.613.921

3. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV no later than 07 days from the date of notification)

5. Selection criteria:

• Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.
• Selected valuation enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by Law on Prices and its guiding for implementation documents.
• Selected enterprise's headquarter/branch must be registered in Ho Chi Minh City, having at least 05 price appraisers, has been active for at least 05 years.

6. Application includes:

• Enterprise legal document
• Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
• Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

• Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
• BIDV – CN SGD2 shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise: those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV do not return the application of unselected organization.
