4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.   

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written announcement of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. BIDV does not return the documents of the unselected organizations.
