- Land use right of 5.230,0 m2 at parcel 299, map sheet 00 located at Tien Phong commue, Me Linh district, Vinh Phuc province (today is Ha Noi city), according to the Certificate of land use rights No. AM635496  issued by the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province on June 17th, 2008 for 547 Construction Company (transferred to Thong Nhat 508, JSC according to Transfer contract No.2009030154, book No. 01/TP/CC issued by Lua Viet notary, Ha Noi city on March 16th, 2009) according to Mortgage contract No. 01/2010/HĐTC on June 16th, 2009.

- Land use right of 5.454,0 m2 at parcel 301, map sheet 00 located at Tien Phong commue, Me Linh district, Vinh Phuc province (today is Ha Noi city), according to the Certificate of land use rights No. AM635491  issued by the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province on June 17th, 2008 for 547 Construction Company (transferred to Thng Nhat 508, JSC according to Transfer contract No.2009030153, book No. 01/TP/CC issued by Lua Viet notary, Ha Noi city on March 16th, 2009) according to Mortgage contract No. 01/2010/HĐTC on June 16th, 2009.

- Assets attached to land: construction work of  borer pile of CT1, CT2, CT3 and CT4  the buiding block of BIDVvillage construction and business projects according to complete volume settlement records issued by Thong Nhat 508, JSC and Ha Noi Construction Corpotation.

2. Reserve price: 78.248.000.000 VND (Seventy - eight billion, two hundred  forty - eight million Vietnam dong).

3. Deposit: 15.645.000.000 VND (Fifteen billion, six hundred forty-five million Vietnam dong)

4. Auction method: Auction by indirect secret ballot

5. Method of auction: Method of bidding up.

6. Time where the records are sold and the auction registration is submitted: From the date of notice listing to the end of June 7th, 2021 (during office hours) at Lam Son Sai Gon auction partnership company – Ha Noi branch, Add:  68 Truong Chinh Street, Ward Phuong Mai,  Dong Da District, Ha Noi city.
