1.3. Starting price: 3,413,000,000 VND (In words: Three Billion Four hundred and thirteen million dong); in particular:

- Starting price of Asset No.1: 2,916,000,000 VND

- Starting price of Asset No.2: 497,000,000 VND

2. Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification) .

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Required documents:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch will notify in writing the result to the selected auction organization, the entities that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch does not return the file to unselected units.
