5. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction are required to meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

•   Functionality of property auction
•   Minimum operation period of 3 years
•   Having at least 03 auctioneers
•   Having at least 03 branches/representative offices.
•   Other criteria required by the Branch.

6. Registration document to include:

•   Legal documents of enterprise
•   Description of competence and experience.
•   Offer letter, other commitments of the Auction Organization (if any).
•   Other records required by the Branch.

Note:

• Notice of selection is automatically invalidated where the auction organization is disallowed to auction in accordance with the law.
•  BIDV Nam Hanoi will announce the results to the selected auction organization, and units receiving no result notification are understood as unselected, and BIDV Nam Hanoi shall not return the documents to unselected units.
