Land use rights and assets attached to land according to the Certificate of land use rights No. AD 109311, issued by the People's Committee of Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province on 16 January 2006:

+ Address: at 25H Nguyen Thien Thuat Alley, Dien Hong Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province

+ Land area: 42 m2 (In words: Forty two square meters)

+ Purpose of use: Residential land

+ Form of use: Private use; general use : 0 m2

+ Term of use: Long term.

+ Assets Attached to Land: Four-lever house, construction area: 42 m²

- Reserve price: VND 886,389,000  (In words: Eight hundred eighty-six million, three hundred eighty-nine thousand Vietnamese dongs)

2. Time for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Nam Gia Lai within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Nam Gia Lai shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization
