Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Nam Gia Lai Branch (BIDV Nam Gia Lai) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of asset:

- Land use rights and assets attached to land according to the Certificate of land use rights No. AD 109311, issued by the People's Committee of Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province on 16 January 2010:

+ Address: at 25H Nguyen Thien Thuat Alley, Dien Hong Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province

+ Land area: 42 m2 (In words: Forty two square meters)

+ Purpose of use: Residential land

+ Form of use: Private use; general use : 0 m2

+ Term of use: Long term.

+ Assets Attached to Land: Four-lever house, construction area: 42 m²

2. Time for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Nam Gia Lai within 07 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submitting files:

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected organization must be listed on Ministry of Finance's public list of eligible asset auction organizations

- The selected organization is not forbidden by the Law

- Having operation time of at least 03 years.

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

 - Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Nam Gia Lai shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
