- Asset’s name: the Certificate of land use rights No. CO 845513 issued by Hanoi Environment and Natural Resource Department, dated 05/09/2018 and registered No: CS44555

- Address:  Land plot number 96, map sheet number 12, Dai Cat 1 Residential Group, Lien Mac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

- Reserve Price: 8.340.000.000 VND (In word: Eight billion three hundred and forty millions dong)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV My Dinh no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

- Auctioning function: obligatory

- Time since establishment: minimum 3 years

- Number of Auctioneer : minimum 3

- Number of branch/representative office: minimum 3

5. Documents required:

- Corporate legal documents

- Corporate capacity and experience profiles

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

Note:

Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

BIDV My Dinh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV My Dinh do not return the application of unselected organizations.
