2. Deadline for application submission:
The deadline for submitting the application is 05 working days from the date BIDV publishes the information on the selection of an asset valuation enterprise on the website www.bidv.com.vn (documents submitted by post are counted by postmark).

4. Selection criteria:
4.1. The selected valuation organization must be on the public list of valuation organizations eligible for valuation activities of the Ministry of Finance.
4.2. The selected valuation organization does not fall into the category that is not subject to price appraisal in accordance with the Law on Prices and its implementing documents.
4.3. The selected valuation organization on the basis of consideration and evaluation of information and registration documents under Section 5 below.
5. Registration file includes:
5.1. Enterprise legal records.
5.2. Description of capacity and experience:
- Number of years of operation of the enterprise valuation of assets;
- Number of price appraisers of property price appraisal enterprises;
- Number of years of experience of each price appraiser in the property price appraisal enterprise;
- Number of branches and representative offices of the asset price appraisal enterprise;
- Letter of quotation, other commitments of valuation organization (if any).
Note: BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected company, businesses that are not notified of the result will be deemed not selected, BIDV will not return the records to the unselected.
