2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the following criteria:

- Having facilities and equipment needed for assets auction

- Having visible and effective auction solution

- Having capacity, experience and responsibility.

- Reasonable price and fees

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Business legal documents.

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organizations.
