2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Function of property auction

- Having at least 3 years of operation time

- There are at least 03 auctioneers

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices

- Reasonable costs, quick procedures

5. Registration dossiers:

- Business legal documents

- A description of competence and experience

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Appraisal Organization is not selected accordance  with the law.

- BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced as unselected, BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will not return the documents to the unselected.
