- Name  Property: Land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets mortgaged by a third party, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ly Lien or Mr. Truong Quang Viet, address at: group 20, Ngoc ward  Thuy, Long Bien District, Hanoi City, number AN478374, number in the land use right certificate: 03, QD: 378 / QD - UBND, MS: 10127657047 issued by the People's Committee of Long Bien District, Hanoi City  March 6, 2009. 

- Starting price: 23,732,000,000 VND (in words: Twenty-three billion, seven hundred and thirty two million dong). 

2. Deadline for submission:

Direct submission deadline is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Long Bien Hanoi must receive in  period of 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- The necessary facilities and equipment to ensure the auction of the type of the auctioned property,

- The feasible and effective auction plan,

- Competence, experience and  reputation of the property auction organization. 

- Appropriate auction service staff, property auction costs. 

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. 

- Have at least 03 years of operation. 

- There are at least 03 auctioneers. 

- Have at least 03 representative office branches. 

5. Registration documents include:

- Enterprise legal documents. 

- Description of capacity and experience. 

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned under the provisions of law,
