2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Long Bien Hanoi must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Operate at least 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There is an optimal service fee.

5. The registration dossier includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Documents proving that the auction organization has successfully auctioned assets similar to the above-mentioned property.

* Note:

- An default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, the entities that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, and BIDV Long Bien Hanoi will not return the file for unselected units.
