Name: Land use rights and land-attached assets of Ms. Vu Thi Bich Ngoc according to the Certificate of land use rights No. AB 828800; issued by People's Committee of Dong Da District – Ha Noi City dated 1 March 2003. In particular:

1.1 Land:

- Land lot No. 266+294; Map number: 6H-I-07

- Address of asset: Nuber 2b, 35/1 Tho quan street, Tho quan Ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city

- Land area: 68,7 m2

- Form of use: Private use: 68,7 m2; General use: 18 m2

- Area in used: 116,1 m2

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

-  Other criteria as requested by the Branch

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi do not return the application of unselected organization.
