- Owner: Mrs Ngo Thi Nhu Hoa and her husband Mr Pham Dang Cao

- Area: 75.9 m2 (private use)

- Starting at:  5.313.000.000 dongs

Land status: No building projects on land. Auction involves in one-time sale of the entire asset with the actual land status.

2. Name, address of the person having the auctioned asset: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Long Bien Branch, Hanoi, 137A Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ngoc Lam Ward, Long Bien Dist., Ha Noi city.

3. Starting price: 5.313.000.000 dongs (Five billion, three hundred and thirteen million dongs)

The starting price does not include any costs related to the transfer of ownership / use rights of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when making the purchase of the Debt. These costs are borne by the auction winner. The purchase and sale of the Debt are not subject to VAT.

4. Dossiers fee for auction registration: 500.000 VND/document set (Five hundred thousand dong only).

8. Conditions and methods of auction participation:

Time for down payment: From 25th November 2020 till 27th November 2020 (during office time).

  - Conditions for registration for the participation in the property auction (debt):

+ A participant for property auction is not a person who is not eligible to participate in the property auction as prescribed in Clause 4 Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction 2016 and other relevant laws.

+ Registration method to participate in the auction: Submit documents directly at Lam Son Saigon complex auction Company Hanoi Branch – No 68 Truong Chinh Street, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi.

 Note: the down payments have to be paid on time, before the auction takes place.
