The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lang Son Branch (BIDV Lang Son) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

Land use rights, home ownership and other assets attached to land according to Certificates No: CD 088364; number in the certificate book: CS-04137 issued by  Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Lang Son province on 22 September 2016. Assets have been notarized and secured transactions have been registered in accordance with the Law. 

1.1. Land use right:

- Area: 87,6 m2

- Private use: 87,6 m2

- Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas

1.2. Assets attached to land:

- 3 floor concrete house

- Currently ownership of assets attached to land not yet recorded on land use right certificate

- Address: Block 9, Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son province.

- Owner: third party owner - Nguyen Duy Bien.

- Starting price: VND3,200,000,000 (In words: Three billion and two hundred million Vietnamese Dongs)

2. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV Lang Son within 07 days starting from the date of notice)

3. Place of submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.
