Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lang Son Branch (BIDV Lang Son) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of asset

Land use right and assets attached to land according to the Certificate No: CB 574729; The certificate issuing book number: CS 20276 by  Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment, on 12 Aug 2015.

- Land lot No 01, Map No. 45; Address: 28A, Le Trong Tan street, La Khe Ward,  Ha Dong district, Ha Noi; Area: 1.940,3 m2

- Asset attached to land: Apartment No. 2606 in a 27-floor complex; Area: 127,1 m2; Private owned

- Owner: Mr. Hua Ngoc Van, Ms. Nong Thi Hang.

- Starting price: VND1,450,000,000 (In words: One billion, four hundred  and fifty million Vietnamese dong)

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Lang Son no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Lang Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of unselected organization.
