Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lai Chau branch (BIDV Lai Chau) announces selecting of debt auction organizations to conduct the auction with the following details

Land use right and assets attached to land according to the Certificate on use right of land and use right of house and other assets attached to land No BL 117929, number in the certificate book: CH 001194 issued by People Committee of Lai Chau Town on 14 November 2012. Owner is Mr Tran Minh Phuong.

- Map sheet No: 64 (Document’s 02/CT-UB);

- Address:  Group 14, Tan Phong ward, Lai Chau city, Lai Châu provine;

- Area: 179,8 m2 (In words: One hundred and seventy – nine point eight square meters);

- Form of use: Private use;

- Purpose of use: Living land in urban;

- Duration of land use: Long term;

- assets attached to land: 1-Floor house.

Starting price: 3.550.000.000 VND (In words: Three billion, five hundred and fifty million Vietnam Dongs)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Lai Chau no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 02 auctioneers.

- Organization with headquaters/branch in Lai Chau provine is prioritized.

5. Documents required:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

* Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law

-BIDV Lai Chau will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
