- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.
- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.
- Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
- Having at least 3 years of operation.
- Having at least 02 auctioneers.
- Organization with headquaters/branch in Lai Chau provine is prioritized.
5. Documents required:
- Legal document of Company
- Description of company profile, experiences
- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).
* Note:
- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law
-BIDV Lai Chau will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
