- Starting price: VND1,640,000,000 (In words: One billion six  hundred and fourty million Vietnam dong)

1.4 Wood fishing vessel No. HP-90063-TS. Capacity : 320HP

- Description: Total length: 18,7m. Main machine: YANMAR 6CH-ST 0581.

- Year of manufacturing : 2000

- Total volume : 40.4 tons

- Location of asset: Ngoc Hai fishing port, Do Son district, Hai Phong city.

- Starting price: VND475,000,000 (In words: Four hundred seventy five million Vietnam dong)

2. Time for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 10 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Lach Tray no later than 12 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches/representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

* Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Lach Tray will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Lach Tray will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
