2. Deadline for application submission:
The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Kon Tum no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:
- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.
- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.
- Other criteria as requested by the Branch.
5. Documents required:
- Enterprise legal document.
- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).
*Notes:
- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
- BIDV Kon Tum shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Kon Tum do not return the application of unselected organization.
