4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches /representative offices.

5. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration file automatically expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned in accordance with law.

- BIDV Kon Tum will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV Kon Tum will not return the dossier. with unselected units.
