Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hung Vuong Branch announces the selection of property auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

a. Land use rights:

Land use rights and assets attached to land according to land use right certificate No. BH 355129 issued by the People's Committee of Đoan Hùng District on Auguts 12, 2006 of Mr. Luong nhat Tien on the area of 67m2  at land plot No. 42, map sheet No. 00.

b. Assets attached to land:  1-floor stilt houses, built with natural materials:

Address: Trung Tam Village, Dong Cuong commune, Van Yen District, Yen bai province

- Starting price: 462,000,000 VND (In words: Four hundred and sixty two million dong)

2. Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Hùng Vương must receive them within 05 days from the date of notification) .

3. Place for submission:

Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation. - There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Prioritize the auction organizations in the list selected by BIDV.

4. Required documents:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Hung Vuong Branch will notify in writing the result to the selected auction organization, the entities that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, BIDV Hung Vuong Branch does not return the file to unselected units.
