Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV HCMC) hereby announces the selection of property auction organizations as follows:

- Land use right and asset attached to land according to Certificate of land use rights No. 2441/SXD issued by Construction Department of Ho Chi Minh City on 16 March 2004, amended on 22 November 2016 for Mr. Nguyen Van Tu.

- Property description: Land lot No.35 Map No.8. Private use area: 94.9 m2; Total area: 111.4 m2.

- Address: No.948/11 Bis, Lo Gom Street, Ward 8, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Reserve price: VND5,440,000,000  

2. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV HCMC within 07 days starting from the date of notice)

3. Place for submission:

4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.

Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV HCMC will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV HCMC will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
