Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV HCM) hereby announces the selection of property auction organizations as follows:

- Land use right and asset attached to land according to Certificate of land use rights No. 2441/SXD issued by Construction Department of Ho Chi Minh City on 16 March 2004, amended on 22 November 2016 for Mr. Nguyen Van Tu.

- Property description: Land lot No.35 Map No.8 (BĐĐC). Using land area: 94.9 m2; Total area: 111,4 m2.

- Address: No.948/11 Bis, Lo Gom Street, Ward 8, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Starting price: VND5,000,000,000  

2. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 05 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV HCM within 07 days starting from the date of notice)

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV HCM will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV HCM will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
